This proposal is for the creation of promotional video(s) for SteelSeries.  Details of the proposal is listed down below.

The new promotional video(s) will be fresh, unique and an exciting insight into the company of SteelSeries and their products.  I will be creating content that will be captivating for my audience, and new potential viewers.

Watching the videos & livestreams will give viewers an insight into SteelSeries platform, features and tools used to help people complete projects based on my positive perspective using your platform.

Project Details

GOALS

  • Create Videos outlined in the Collaboration Details above based on agreed terms.
  • Increase exposure to SteelSeries products as well as SteelSeries as a brand driving further awareness in the product lineup.
  • Showcase how SteelSeries as a company are huge supporters of creators and entrepreneurs with creating gaming technology that is aimed at creatives and gamers and why I fully support them as a company.
  • Provide creative unique content exclusively for SteelSeries to use for their own marketing and promotional use.

SteelSeries - Collaboration #1

Gaming Gear (Beginner vs Pro) The Series

Project Description:

This collaboration would consist of CKid (Devin) creating a weekly 6-episode series where each episode would highlight a different gaming genre of gaming tech products where SteelSeries would be the main sponsor of the series as an Ad Placement.  Each episode would start off with highlighting and talking about the Beginner or Pro level product within each genre of gaming gear in the categories of Headphones, Microphones, External Speakers, Gaming Controllers, and Software.  With SteelSeries being the first product mentioned in this series would ensure 100% of the audience/viewer would see each SteelSeries product in every video released in the Beginner vs Pro series.

Episode Breakdown (Beginners vs Pro Gamers):

2) Why These Are The Best Gaming Microphones For Beginners vs Pro Gamers

*The video style and format will be done like the Me vs Me series (https://youtu.be/APvq-QqlA4A) as shown below in the Examples of Work Section below.  Where one side of me will discuss the Beginners POV and the other side of me will discuss the Pro POV.

 

 The Goal:

The goal for this series would be to introduce my audience to products in each genre of gaming accessories regardless of what level of gamer you are.  This way this would be a series and reference point for all gamers to come back to if they start out as a beginner and eventually work their way up to a Pro level or experience gamer.  And that SteelSeries would have products that would touch on each area to drive audience traffic immediately and long-term to SteelSeries website and other retail partners such as Amazon, Best Buy, Walmart...etc.

 

Deliverables:

6 Episodes - Season One (16x9 aspect ratio)

6 Episodes - Season One (9x16 aspect ratio for TikTok and Instagram Reel Vertical Video Format)

High Quality Edited Videos

 

Usage Rights:

Unlimited Usage Rights - CKid would own the footage created.  However SteelSeries would have an unlimited usage license for 1 year to use the content in its entirety for their own marketing needs.

 

Timeline:

Project Can Begin Filming As Early As August and can be completed filming by the end of September which would be perfect for the approaching Christmas holiday timeframe.  

Video Editing Timeframe August-September

Episode 1 To Release Starting end of September - December (which would be content that would run for the holidays and can be used to run as ads during the holiday season to increase visibility and traffic driving to SteelSeries multiple retail outlet partners.  As well as people learning more about SteelSeries products while enjoying engaging and positive content.

Project Description (Series):

This collaboration would include CKid (Devin) wearing exclusively SteelSeries gaming headphones during each livestream for 3 months, with possibility of extension.  Livestreams will be hosted on Tuesday's and Thursday's each week.  A direct link will be pinned to the top of the chat box during livestream to drive traffic to partner retailers.

 

LIVESTREAM DETAILS (Youtube / Tiktok / Twitch):

3-Month Exclusively Wearing SteelSeries Gaming Headphones During Livestream:

During the livestream show, I plan on playing games like Call of Duty Warzone, God of War, Uncharted, Elden Ring, Grand Turismo, Madden...etc.  During the 3 Month exclusivity timeframe I will be switching out different SteelSeries headphones so that way my streaming audience would be able to get a sense of the variety that SteelSeries offers while being entertaining, engaging to my audience.  This would include switching out different headphone faceplates, styles...etc.

 

The TryOut Livestream Segment:

During my livestream there will be a TryOut Segment where I will choose a variety of different gaming gear or accessories where I try it out for 30min - 1 hour while playing a game of choice.  This could range from gaming controllers or keyboard and mouse, or headphones, monitors...etc.  One example, of this would be where I would try out a SteelSeries keyboard and mouse as this would be my first time gaming on Keyboard and Mouse from a console controller like the PS5.  This segment is meant to try new gaming tech out for the first time while playing some of my favorite games.  The goal is to be entertaining, funny, engaging etc during this segment which would allow me to feature new products and introduce them to an audience in real time while being engaged with my audience.

 

48 Hour AdStream (Livestream):

This will be a Livestream that will happen and be slated for Saturday's where I will run a 48 hour livestream of an ad that is offered where I will film and create a 2-3 min ad placement video where in the video it will showcase the product, discuss features, showing me using the products and give an overview of my thoughts using it.  This will air on the channel as a livestream ad that will run for 48 hours straight.  This will also include links pinned in the chat and comment section for those who may be interested in purchasing from your retail partners.

This series would consist of the following:

1) Show SteelSeries to my audience on my platform through a fun, interactive livestream experience/show that will have them watching from beginning to the end and consistently week after week.

2) You will also get full cooperation from the Lightbulb Media team of myself (Devin -CKid), cinematographers and editors.

 

Deliverables:

  • 3-Month Exclusive Gaming Headphones Worn On Livestream (27 Livestream Shows - Aug - Oct) w/ possibility of extension.  This could include new unreleased products that we talked about.
  • 5 Featured Spots in "THE TRYOUT" Livestream Segment Consisting of (2 Headphones, 1 Microphone, 1 Keyboard and Mouse, and 1 Gaming Controller). This could include new unreleased products that we talked about.
  • 5 - 48 Hour AdStream Consisting of (2 Headphones, 2 Microphones, 1 Keyboard and Mouse, and 1 Gaming Controller).  This could include new unreleased products that we talked about.

This was a collaboration between myself and Best Buy on their Back To School campaign.  In this video I surprised a college student with a complete back to school makeover.  This was a huge success with Best Buy for their Back To School Campaign.

This was a series that I did on my channel where I would give back to everyday hard working people as a fun and creative way of giving back to people.  This was by far my favorite video to create.

Sony Playstation New Gaming Earbuds Campaign

This is a collaboration between Sony Electronics and Sony Playstation where I created a video around their new Sony Gaming Earbuds.  By having access to these devices I was able to create something unique and different that was trendy, attractive, and engaging within the gaming audience.  Currently this campaign has generated over $10,000+ in sales from it's initial release and counting.

This was a video that I created where I talked about and showcased the new Sony Playstation Pulse Elite gaming Headphones that brought in close to 442,000+ impressions, and 40,000+ viewers, 10,000+ Likes and over 5,000+ new Subscribers.

This was a series that I did on my channel where I would give 2 different perspectives to a product or topic so the audience can see both sides.  This series would allow for each side to be heard and so the potential buyers could make a more informed decision.
